Meet Atsuko Boyd, Founder and Chef of FoodStudio FoodStudio's tagline, "If you come to a fork in the road, pick it up and eat", sums up Atsuko's journey through twenty plus years of schooling, including a diploma from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA turned career in Management Business Information Systems, then finally following her heart to Institute of Culinary Education for a chef's certification. After over a decade in the business world, Atsuko combined her traditions, industry training, international travel experiences and an MBA into a passionate pursuit of culinary excellence after graduating from ICE. A nationally selected chef for the Cannes Film Festival '07 and Founder and Chef for FoodStudio, Atsuko's enthusiasm for travel, wine and cuisine come through in her unique menu development. Building on that, FoodStudio has grown into a boutique culinary events business serving New York through Fairfield County and has been recognized for its signature style of bold, fresh, and creative flavors from around the world. The business continues to grow as we add more talented faces to the dynamic cast of characters at FoodStudio, as well as expanding the services that we offer. Always with an eye on fun and whimsy, fueled by her two daughters who also love to play in the kitchen, Atsuko continues to push the limits of culinary adventure and hope that you will join her for the ride! |
