Using our modern approach to teambuidling in the kitchen, spend a day facilitated by an Industry Captain (aka - your party chef) to reveal your teams hidden talents and skills of the individuals on your team. Your team in turn will be rewarded with a revitalizing offsite and an incredibly fulfilling meal for both body and mind.

Teams compete in a single meal preparation and presentation using the contents of the mystery basket

CAPTAINS of INDUSTRY; 4hrs 

Learn the fundamentals of food and wine pairing after which teams compete to prepare a meal to pair, present, and market to the competition.
